Feasibility Studies: A market study/feasibility study for Pensionenfonds Stork, a Dutch pension fund, relative to investing in a proposed condominium tower in Dallas. The study involved examining both the townhouse and condominium market in Oak Lawn and many other factors unique to the urban housing market to assist Pensionenfonds Stork in forecasting the success of a proposed development for an equity investment.
